Dear Kittens,
1. I went a whole year without riding my bike! This weekend I want to get my bike cleaned up and whatever else should be done and start riding it again. My ultimate goal is to ride my bike for all my nearby errands. Honestly, that pretty much means Starbucks, but whatever.
2. I went to Target today to fill Roo's perscription for heart medicine and they made me fill out paperwork for him like he's a person. This annoyed me. The pharmacy girl told me it would take 20 minutes. I returned after 25 minutes and was totally ignored by both pharmacy people. This also annoyed me. It's almost always like that and so I have decided I will start hollering. I understand they are busy and working, but please- acknowledge your customers! So next time I will holler, HELLO! As if I am on a long distance call and it's 1954. The final thing is that the girl who I spoke to earlier then made me tell her my last name and Roo's name. She asked me my name like we had never seen each other before. And of course. OF COURSE, she was holding the bag with Roo's name on it. GAH!
3. Oh boy. It's way past my bedtime. Why am I still up? I'm off to brush my teeth, wash my face, apply my secret potions and then go to sleep! HOORAH.
Love,
Catie
I can understand such strict procedures for a person, but for a CAT? Strange. I've been ignored by the Target prescription people many times. I don't normally have to go there, only when the military pharmacy doesn't carry the name-brand medicine and my prescription won't allow for generic.
YAY for riding your bike! I should do that too. Almost everything is within riding distance for me.

Oh man the pharmacy people CHAP MY ASS. And once I went in to get a prescription for Mervyn and they were like, what other drugs is he on? And I said, he's an eight week old puppy. And then they stared at me. I mean how many drugs is the average eight-week old puppy ON?
(PS they were sedatives and they were USELESS.)

your photo makes me long to visit NYC again!
i'm sorry you had such a bad experience w/ the pharmacy. my Target pharmacists and assistants are great. they practically know me there and always have a smile and a positive attitude. in fact, i was about to run out of a 'scrip and my insurance wouldn't allow a refill for 5 more days so the pharmacist kindly gave me just enough pills to get me through until the insurance would let me fill it!

Catie - when I take my cat to the vet they always ask me his last name...Like, uh, I never asked him...I guess it would be the same as ours?? Anyway, Cub Davis is a funny name for a cat, in my opinion.
Am I to assume that Roo's last name is Anchev?
Roo Anchev, Petey Anchev, and Seamus Anchev. HAHAHAHA!
